These Terms govern use of knowb.run and related project programs operated by KnowB AI Systems.

1. Scope

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, contributors, and users of the site.
  • By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program Phases

KnowB AI Systems may operate use cases in two stages:

  1. Phase 1: RFP projects
    • Early project concepts used to validate feasibility and implementation quality.
  2. Phase 2: link collection systems
    • Selected use cases may be deployed to collect links and related metadata for knowledge-base development.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for unlawful activity;
  • submit content you do not have rights to use;
  • attempt to bypass access controls without authorization;
  • misuse scraping or automation in violation of applicable law or platform terms.

4. Source and Content Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful access to submitted sources.
  • You remain responsible for your own publication and redistribution decisions.
  • Generated outputs are provided for research and operational support and should be independently reviewed before consequential use.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Site content, design assets, and project documentation are owned by KnowB AI Systems unless otherwise stated.
  • Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • When link collection features are enabled, processing will follow data minimization, purpose limitation, and retention controls.

7. Service Changes

  • Features may change, pause, or end without prior notice while projects are in active development.
  • We may update these Terms as programs evolve.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and related outputs are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.
